Getting rid of the inefficiency of Medicare

Creation of an efficient system of health care is one of the main problems posed by President Obama. While United States much money spent on compared to other countries, the health care systems are less efficient. This is something that must be addressed. One way to generate efficiency is through the creation of meaningful competition between health insurance private and public. Also competition between pharmaceutical companies must also be created.

Market driven by health care may not be the answer. Part d Medicare to leave than elderly people get drugs cheaper. This was necessary to encourage competition. Although it has improved access to recipes, the cost to taxpayers has risen more than proportionally. This has been revealed in a study in Health Affairs journal.

Part d Medicare can redeem rapidly by taking a few simple steps.  Need an effective reform of the market driven by the system. This includes requiring private insurers accept public money offer similar plans govenmental plans for veterans. Price of medicinal products for the plans of the part d must be negotiated. Misleading marketing must be combated and plans clearly.

With some simple steps on the taxpayer can be easier and more beneficial for the elderly part d Medicare.
