No its really very difficult to find a a group health policy at a cheaper rate. The way you have suggested to look out over internet is very time consuming and do requires lot of knowledge too. So to make the policy affordable we have to take extra care of our health by following the way you have mentioned i.e quit smoking, doing more exercise.
